I asked for an iced flat white and they handed me what looked like a latte. After asking them to remake it, they said if I wanted it to look darker I needed to add more coffee? They remade them but charged for an extra shot. A flat white has 3 shots and a latte has 2. You can tell the difference in a grande. It isn’t supposed to look like MILK! Anyway, below is the flat white made at the location off of 20 & Collins. TAKE NOTES 😊

Every time we go in, Mike knows us by name and greets us with a smile! He is friendly and helpful on new drinks. It's a pleasure to interact with him. He has a great personality, and you can tell he cares about his job.

I went through the drive through and ordered 3 frappuccinos 2 grande 1 venti. We got to the window paid and got handed the 2 grande frappes. Then they were about to hand me a 3rd grande drink, but then checked the screen hesitated and then gave it back to the baristas. They let the baristas know it was a venti one not a grande and it was already made. They went back took 40 seconds and handed me my drink and it was all white on the side and I asked “Is this a mocha cookie crumble?” They said yes and then I proceeded to say that the drink is half white and I didn’t order anything white (besides whipped cream at the top), they said “well that’s your drink”. I didn’t want to hold up the line any longer than it already was So I left. As I drink and taste my frappe it tastes like whipped cream at the bottom, I came to the conclusion that they just dumped the original drink they made in the wrong size (grande) into a venti cup added whip cream to the top and just handed it to me like that instead of just remaking it in the correct size. I was very disappointed because it’s half whipped cream and half the actual drink and I paid for a venti frappe drink not a venti whipped cream. You can

Long line I understand. However, in cases where theres a long wait i got melted frappuccinos without extra toppings and a room temp cheese crossaint. Worse satrbuck experience, in quality, and accuracy. They CAN do batter as other locations have better outcomes.

This Starbucks has become a true oasis for me—a place I visit a couple of times a day to study, work, and recharge. The baristas are consistently warm, friendly, and genuinely go out of their way to be helpful, which makes every visit feel welcoming. I especially appreciate the online ordering system—it’s seamless, reliable, and saves me time without ever sacrificing quality. The drinks are always expertly made, and the consistency is impressive. More than that, this location truly embodies Starbucks’ “third place” philosophy: a comfortable, dependable space where you can focus, relax, and feel at home outside of work and home. I’m incredibly grateful for this team and the atmosphere they create every single day.
